Visit Cost

Please note that My Path Medical does not accept insurance, and is a self-pay practice.

Patients are responsible for the full cost of their appointment at the time of service. Appointments are billed at a rate of $540 per hour. Initial visits typically last around 2 hours ($1,080) while follow-up appointments vary in length depending on the complexity and amount of material to review – some may be under an hour, others longer.

By working directly with patients and independently of insurance, we are able to provide more focused, personalized care to you.

Appointments (Office and Telemedicine)

  • $540 per hour
  • Appointments are billed by the amount of time used, and is never rounded up.
    A 45-minute appointment will be billed as a 45-minute appointment, not 1 hour.

Non-appointment Paperwork

  • $25 – Requests for written documentation, including letters to be written or forms to complete, are subject to this fee. This includes (but is not limited to) letters to excuse absences, airline letters, FMLA forms, disability or accommodation requests, and other official paperwork.
  • Advanced forms or paperwork needing more time and in-depth completion will be subject to billing at the hourly rate of $540

Lab Test Kit Ordering/Handling

  • $10 per kit

Glutathione IV Push

  • $75 (1 gram)
  • $95 (2 gram)

Blood Draw

  • $25 (Standard)
  • $45 (Genova Diagnostics NutrEval test)

Laboratory Testing

Our office fees do not cover the cost of any laboratory testing. Costs for mainstream labs such as Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp are based on your individual insurance coverage benefits. It is the responsibility of the patient to inquire with their insurance carrier to determine what their specific coverage entails.

Other independent functional health tests vary in how much they will cost. We do not upsell these tests, nor make a profit by ordering them. By having patients work directly with the labs in order to pay them directly, we can ensure that you are receiving the most direct and fair price for your tests.
